Rotten Meat and bad service

I bought meat pack consisting of 3kg BBQ wors, 3kg plein wors and Braai pack Chicken. I placed the meat packs in my freezer, however I realized that the meat was rotten. I went to the butchery asking for refund, the service I received was very bad, no apology nor a refund . This has been happening for some time now their meat is rotten and their service is very bad.
