I’ve had the privilege of having Tanja Vermeulen as an agent since January 2022 and never have I had any bad experience. When tenants gave notice to move put, she got great new tenants within a week. She is up to date on sales and rentals and very professional. Even when we had trouble making tenants she was on it the whole time.
