⚠️ Please be extremely cautious when dealing with Nolly Motors in Kempton Park. I recently considered purchasing a car from them, and thankfully I decided to verify the vehicle’s details with Audi South Africa before paying the deposit. Something felt off — and I’m incredibly relieved I trusted my instincts. 1. False claim about full service history Nolly Motors told me the vehicle had a full service history. After contacting Audi SA, I discovered the car was last serviced in 2019. This was the first major red flag. 2. Serious mileage discrepancy On 13 March 2024, the car went in for a major transmission repair. Audi recorded the mileage as 163,343 km at that time. Nolly Motors is currently advertising the car with 118,000 km, which strongly suggests the mileage was rolled back. 3. Inconsistent stories from the dealership I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. • On Saturday, they told me the car was repossessed. • This morning, they told me they bought it from a private seller who “lost the key and had the cluster replaced,” which supposedly explains the mileage difference. These conflicting stories, paired with the verified information from Audi, make it clear that this dealership is not honest or transparent. 4. Expected response from the owner I know that the response to this review will likely be met with the same arrogance shown in many of the owner’s previous replies to customers. That in itself is a red flag and speaks volumes about their approach to customer service and accountability. Please, please be careful. Do not rely solely on what they tell you — verify everything independently. I almost lost my money, and I hope my experience helps someone else avoid the same situation.
