Over 3 Months Waiting for Prescription Letters

Lynn and Main Attorneys I have been requesting prescription letters from Lynn and Main Attorneys for more than 3 months with no progress and no communication. Despite multiple follow-ups, I still have no updates or timelines. This delay is preventing me from resolving my debt review status and securing a home for my growing family. I have now escalated the matter to the NCR and Credit Ombud due to the lack of response. Desired Outcome: Prompt feedback, confirmation of the prescription status, and immediate issuing of the letters.
