I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Paperless School. I purchased a PDF textbook from them on 4 February 2026, and today is 10 February 2026 — six days later — and I still have not received my book. This is a digital product, so there is no reason for any delivery delay. A PDF should be available immediately or at least within a reasonable timeframe. I contacted Paperless School via WhatsApp at +27 67 104 3404, and the only response I received was: “Good day ma'am Unfortunately we do not accept calls. However I will make a follow-up on your order.” Despite this message, no follow‑up was made, and I still have no access to the textbook I paid for. This level of service is unacceptable. I expect immediate assistance, delivery of my PDF textbook,
I am extremely disappointed in UNISA University and feel compelled to share my experience. In 2024, I app**** for a bursary through UNISA. Despite having strong academic results (including passing with cum laude), my application was rejected due to “insufficient funds.” At the very same time, I saw multiple other students on various platforms confirm that they were approved. This already felt unfair and disheartening. But what happened afterwards was even worse. I sent UNISA five emails explaining clearly that, due to the bursary rejection and my financial situation, I could not continue with my studies. I specifically informed them that I needed to deregister because I simply could not afford the fees. Despite this, UNISA continued sending emails and SMSes as if I was still registered. They completely ignored every single one of my emails. To make matters worse, I was handed over to attorneys for fees that I supposedly “owe.” How can I owe money for studies that I could not continue, after being rejected for funding, and after informing them multiple times that I cannot study further? The lack of communication, the ignoring of emails, and the emotional stress caused by being handed over is unacceptable. I feel that I was treated unfairly and without any consideration, especially after achieving excellent academic results. UNISA has truly disappointed me on every level — from the bursary process to student support and administration. I expected much better from a national institution.
