Randfontein Battery Clinic (Steve's battery clinic) Defective Battery After 5 Days of purchase and They Don’t Care
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I bought a car battery from them and within 5 days it started leaking from the bottom. I took it back immediately expecting them to help, but instead I was told it had to be ‘sent to the supplier.’ After waiting, I was informed that the supplier claimed there was nothing they could do, despite the battery clearly being defective. The store didn’t offer a replacement, didn’t assist in any meaningful way, and didn’t even apologise. I basically paid for a battery I can’t use and walked away with nothing but frustration. If you value your money and want a company that actually stands behind what they sell, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. My experience has shown that if something goes wrong, you’ll be on your own.0 replies
