Very ***********, So I bought 3 sneakers last week Thursday. 2 days later I get an email saying one of the sneakers is damaged and therefore i will have to choose another sneaker to replace the damaged one. I then ask can i choose any sneaker to replace that one, as the damaged sneaker was on sale etc. I was then told to choose one from their app or website, and i did. Today is Thursday again, i receive an email telling me i should pay more for the sneaker i chose as a replacement. Which was never communicated to me in the first place that i will have to pay for the replacement sneaker. On their website the 'damaged' sneaker wasnt supposed to be available in the first place, but it was, their mistake not mine. Its a week past since i ordered and my order is still not dispatched, and i refuse to pay more money for their blunders. if a client pays for something, the company that receives that payment must make sure by all means that the product paid for is available delivered to the rightful customer. Don't now tell me to replace that product because it is damaged and i must pay more for the replacement. it's your blunder not mine. I want what i paid for, 3 sneakers, its a week no delivery....and I'm not going to pay the price for your incompetence.
