Why do insurance companies recommend Summit auto body repairs cause they are terrible

The worst exprience ever i don't even know why insurance company recommend them. Clearly you can see the business its all about money.my car was towed there by Poundas with 360km worth of petrol al on the 16/10/2025 when i return to take it on the 24/10/2025 because i couldn't stand my car sitting on the sun the whole festive its was empty not only they did that the drove it i don't why cause they were suppose to wait for the claim accessor from my insurance and they did a big damage my car can't read petrol even if i refill it. No i know they are very much terrible ,the stuff its like they don't know what they are doing how can they remove my petrol and after that nothing was done .when they recieve my car from poundas they didn't petrol on the job card know very well they remove my petrol. But when i collect my car they did say its empty
