We booked a luxury tent for a couple of days in Dec'25 on 26/11/25 and a deposit payment was done. Unfortunately our eldest son passed away on 27/11/25 and I informed them of the cancellation due to the above on 28/11/25. Till today 08/12/25 they have not responded on my e-mail's, WhatsApp messages and all phone calls unanswered on the land line and cell number. We fall within their terms for a full refund: 2. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations must be made in writing via email. • More than 10 days before arrival: 100% refund of deposit. • 5–7 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit. • Less than 5 days or no-show: No refund. • No refunds for early departures or unused services. Refund our money is all I require from them. They quick to take your money.
