CANCELLATION NIGHTMARE
I called the call centre of this company to cancel my policy. The agent INSISTED that I keep the policy, I told her that I have already moved to a new pet insurance and the policy needs to be cancelled immediately. Come the end of the month, the debit order is still happening. Then she sends an email to say she wants to finalise this??? I reply and tell her that I NO LONGER WANT THIS POLICY, please cancel it!!!! Come the end of the month - the debit order is STILL coming off my bank account!!! Tell me how is this anything unlike *****??? If I say cancel the policy and you are still debiting my account then how is this not theft! No one gets back to me and you cannot access these people to cancel policies unless it is done telephonically. They just ignore your emails.

Global Ink - priceless tshirt printing service!
Global Ink truly went out of their way to make my Christmas gifts a reality! The day before they officially closed for Christmas, they snuck in my order for tshirts to be printed as gifts for my staff and other family members! This is the kind of service that is so sought after in the retail and service industry and I just want to say -thank you Global Ink - your service was definitely 5 star!!!

WORST RENOVATION CONTRACTORS
These people delivered extremely terrible workmanship. My entire porch needs to be re-tiled resulting in total loss of stock. The vinyl they installed is literally peeling off the stairs, no skirtings or nose cones were delivered. They took R80k of my money and have not delivered many of the items set out in the quote resulting in high loss of my building funds allocated for this project. Thet refuse to come and repair and/or deliver the stock I've paid for. They keep forcing you to pay money, but will not give you itemized billing or invoices and become aggressive when you ask for it. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
