False information on adverti*****t of car

Not a trustworthy car dealer.They advertised a vehicle as a one owner full service history but after paying and receiving the car I see on the registration paper that it has 3 different license plates numbers according to it and they can also not provide me with a service record.The battery of the car also died two days afterwards and the car also does not want to drive at all.I had to get it fixed and they do not want to help me paying for the costs at all.
