Super disappointed with the experience at Eve Luxury Spa in Sandton. Paid R2290 per person for a package they chose FOR us 🤯. No options given, and when we complained, they pushed their own solution 🙄. Ended up with a 60-minute massage that wasn't even that great 💔. Not worth it, and wouldn't recommend. Poor communication, poor service. If they can't get the basics right, don't bother 💔. This was a special day celebrating my mothers Birthday but we ended sitting there for hours with nothing to do and they so called fix to fix any issues was for them to say we must pay additional amounts. This Spa is the worst by far to any I have ever been, it is not value for money. Hope others learn from our mistake 🙅♂️.
I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment I received at the Build It Umkomaas branch. I've never encountered such a lack of customer care in my life. I purchased a steel rank from your store less than a month ago, and it broke while being used for its intended purpose—raking grass. It shows clear signs of rast, and I requested an exchange. However, the managers not only refused to assist me but also resorted to name-calling and were dismissive throughout the interaction. Compounding the issue: - They demanded a receipt I never received, as the purchase was made using a quote provided by Build It and a payment was made. - They claimed the quote wasn't on their system, and the transaction had "disappeared." - The most baffling part was their complete lack of customer service. They asked irrelevant questions like, "What was the rank being used for?" as if the purpose of a grass rank wasn't obvious. When I explained, they shifted blame to "mishandling." It's disheartening that Build It Umkomaas seems focused on taking payments without standing behind the quality of their products or respecting their customers. I hope you take immediate action to address this unacceptable behavior and improve the customer experience at your branch. I look forward to a resolution and a more respectful interaction going forward.
