****med with no remorse of *****ing my money or giving me a refund after losing my blood results due to the practice negligence

I have been to this practice on in November,and I have been ****med for my money .I have been requested to a blood test and when I went in for my results I was advised my results cannot be located and I wil recieve feedback by the cob of the 18/11/25 ..everyday I have been calling with bo response of my results of my refund even have been ignored after leaving several messages requesting a refund due to my results not been found ..til this day I have received no feedback I have requested to speak to the doctor and was advised she always busy .I have received no sympathy or remorse regarding my situation or my money which is disgusting as this is known to be a community service.how is this ok that innocent people are been ****med and ****** and there is no response yet there is a promise made to serve the community..
