I paid a R50,000 deposit for a vehicle that the dealer later sold to someone else. Despite this, they have refused to refund my deposit. I’ve sent a letter of demand and escalated the matter to the NCC. I am seeking a full refund and posting this to warn other consumers to be careful when dealing with this dealership.Apparently that’s their Modus operandi.0 replies
