Cell C's customer care is extremely disappointing. Their IVR system is difficult to navigate, and it appears that assistance is only available when pursuing a new contract. The agents seem preoccupied with personal conversations and other distractions, rather than addressing customer concerns. My issue has been inadequately handled, with multiple transfers between departments, disconnections, and a lack of follow-up. I am dissatisfied with the manner in which my problem is being addressed. The responsiveness of the agents is subpar, and it is evident that they are not equipped to handle complex issues. The lack of urgency and professionalism displayed by the customer service team is concerning. I have attempted to resolve my issue through the call centre, but it has been a frustrating experience. The issue remains unresolved, and I am left feeling disenchanted with Cell C's service. I urge Cell C to review their customer care processes and agent training to ensure that customers receive the support they deserve. Until then, I would advise potential customers to consider alternative service providers to avoid similar frustrations.
Cell C has the worst customer care. I do not recommend this service provider to anyone Cell C's ivr is so bad i cant even get to a agent without selecting a "new contract". They only help you when they can make money from you. When I call the call centre, the agents are discussing personal matters and playing in the background. I have a issue with them and they cant help me, they transfer from one department to the next, then line disconnects and they dont call back. I have a serious issue with them and they handle it like its is not.
