Damelin is the worst institution ever. My daughter registered with them in June and I paid for the month of June and July. In August we contacted the collage and advised we are deregistering due to financial constraints. We spoke to Chantel Naidoo who sent us the cancellation forms that we completed and sent to their customer care email address. We are contacted on a monthly bases and we explain to them every month and kept on forwarding emails thereafter, the student was no longer using their services but they keep on charging us. Am unemployed and have sent the cancellation forms and it is not my fault that someone is not doing their job by not checking the cancellation emails. I do not have a job and I do not owe Damelin as they did not render any services to my daughter since from August. Now we are being threatened that I'll be handed ovet while no services were rendered, I do not owe Damelin and I will not afford to pay them. I did the right thing by cancelling after speaking to Chantel who is a student advisor for Damelin. Can Damelin advise where I can escalate the matter further because they are failing to do their job and I do not have the money.
