A Cisa Lock was purchased recently from Capetown branch of Regal for an urgent installation for a " Client" .......the unit ( according to them was the last unit avaiable) was hopelessly defective.....upon trying returning it was dismissed out of hand.This information passed onto the "client" .As the client is a long time customer of Regal.....threatened to close their accoun if not rectified....Regal suddenly back tracked and " another" unit was made availble......This is where it gets interesting.....trying to install that unit this morning proved this unit suffered from the same problems as the first unit supp****......Regal will only be open on the 5th January much to the annoyance of the "client " ....Poor service all round....it would not surprise me if they supp**** the defective unit a second time around considering it was locatec in a short space of time and were told initially that tit was the only one left
