Rejection of payout
I would like you guyz help me with the solution how now do i pay my policy that ive not claimed fir as noe there's no option that allows me to pay for the rest if the policy that i have with them ive 3 people covered including myself hoe do i go about paying for the rest of the policies if anything happens to people ive covered as im not in a good state in help will my 15year old son and my family have to go through this **** that im now going through it's that hard times that ive never thought i would go through with capitec in need answers as soon as possible or should going snf get another funeral policy somewhere else i would appreciate your help

Rejection of a policy
My experience with capitec funeral insurance was very bad in a that i reject my claim and they have not sooke to me about anything they even canceled my policies tht ive not even put. Claim for of which I've banking with for 15 years angmd ive never been so disappointed and deserted by a service provider like capitec mind m a pensioner collcecting disability grant that same grant m paying ths insurance only to find out that capitec will late me down like this it's so heartbreaking m so really hurt by the service ive got frm capitec i wish to inform the NFO if they can intervene in the matter

Refusing to pay my funeral policy and canceling my policies with out my authoritarazition
Centriq insurance has failed me dismal ive had a policy with them for the las 12yrs and ive have lodge a claim and they have failed yo pay me as a result they even canceled all my policies i have with them with out a reason and with informing me about it me paying them foe 12years al has gonna invain they have failed me they turned my loss to a mockery i having a policy that i have been paying for years and when ive a death in the family i now i have to go all out ask for donations to perform a funeral but i have my policy that ive paying for years capitec has failed mei wish nothing but the very best for them all including all the claims department and management team subordinate and everything that is pertaining tthem💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔😭😭😭😭😭😭
