Postnet. Terrible service

Absolutely disgusted by the service of Postnet. I've been waiting for my parcel since the 23rd of Dec 2025. Paid for overnight. Today is the 8th of Jan 2026. No one can inform me where my parcel is. I've been sent from pillar to post. 100's of calls have been made. No one has an answer. I will never make use of their service again. Courier company is Aramex.
