Poor customer service
Still no communication about my shoes or money from Refinery. I am really disappointed in their service.

Online shoe disappointment
Please assist as I purchased shoes online on the 24th of November 2025, but to date I have not received my order. No one has called..emailed or smsed me on when I will be receive my shoes. I'm the one that keeps on calling and writing emails but still have not received my order. I even went to their store in Jabulani Mall thinking I would be assisted, the store couldn't help me as the purchase was done online. I really loved the shoes and hoped to wear them in December. It is now January and no sign of getting my shoes.
