We broke down at Mooi River on the way home from KZN on 16 December. Deon and his team were absolutely amazing. They were with us within 10 minutes of our call being logged and stayed with us until other transport arrived for my family and I some two hours later. Thanks Deon, you and your guys made a very stressful situation a lot more bearable.
I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service provided by Web Africa. My mother (a pensioner with limited resources) signed up with them in September this year and for the past 4 months they have debited her account without having fully onboarding her. She was never provided the correct details to create an email account and is being charged on a monthly basis for a phone line that doesn’t work and a Telkom number that was never ported. Despite repeated attempts to contact Webafrica across their various channels they have failed to come back to us and provide the necessary assistance. I have never before received such unbelievably shocking support from a service provider. I am extremely disappointed in Webafrica and strongly recommend consumers look elsewhere should they be looking for an internet provider.
