WORST SERVICE EVER!

The worst service and professionalism I have ever received. The lack of communication after over 20 attempts was mind boggling! They promised to collect my car before Christmas and then closed the company and only opened the second week of January. They were very keen to take my money and then left me stranded for over two weeks. I had to juggle where the car was housed because I had left CPT. They damaged the car between CPT and JHB and are refusing any liability despite me having photographic evidence and the collection and delivery sheets showing they collected the car in perfect condition and it arrived back damaged. The driver also tried to do a U Turn in a small space in Scarborough and knocked over an OpenServe pole and then drove off. I have reported the details to the community committee in Scarborough as well. All in all - I would never use this company again and warn any potential customers going forward.
