Beneficiary receive payout and run away
Capitec Bank funeral policy release the money to the person is a beneficiary, the beneficiary took the money and run away, the deceased is still on matuary she never bury a deceased, hello Peter please published this , what I'm going to do, if Capitec was honestly nad right bank was suppose to ask the beneficiary to bring BI 1663 and death certificate instead Capitec assist the beneficiary to my documents was on they're system now the beneficiary receive the payout and run away nowhere to be found I open case against Capitec and the beneficiary

Capitec Bank funeral policy is cruel and ***** bank how can call the beneficiary to come and claim and the beneficiary doesn't have a BI 1663 and death certificate and they use the one I was using the time I was there for notifying them, now the beneficiary get the and run away the deceased is still on the matuary, what I'm going to do with the body and I want know how can they the documents I bring there with out my permission and knowledge now I stuck with the body, what a trauma I have
