Weak service

I am very upset with my process. If you are willing to spend a lot of money, wait months with poor communication and service and willing to lose all of your money, this is for you. It started off very positive but as the process went on, all the positivity became less. When it came to my NZQA, they failed to assist me, please note that it took them over 2 months of silence to inform me that they have yet to receive any information from my university after my university assist them with what they needed. And yet, they did not offer all the services I paid for so they kept all of my money (as if we can afford to lose income that we work so hard for in today's life). Please, please please, this is not the service you deserve for the amount that you are paying for! There are other alternatives, rather keep that in mind before wasting your money, time and effort here. They do not care for you. One can clearly see that they have no passion for the work that they are doing. I paid a huge price and I don't want any other person who cannot afford to lose income to consider going through this process with these people. It is not worth anything! Please be aware when considering walking a path with this company.
