Slovo cemetery

I have been going back and forth looking for my mom's grave since I had lost the number and there are new graves and I can't find or remember where she was buried. I went to their offices and they told me there was a break in and they are missing some of the records and they don't have a back up of the records of which my mom's grave was recorded. I'm so disappointed in the way the handle matters and they seem to not care at all.
