Selling a bike to me with a clutch that does not work properly, but claims nothing is wrong with the bike.

Dishonesty and ignorance after I used his services for many years. The mechanics just replaced units in my bike without fixing the real problem. bought a SYM Blaze 200 from him and never admitted the problem of the bike. I gave the bike back within 30 days of purchase as I keep experiencing problems with the gears and the fact that it either cut out or refuse to start. He picked up the bike 9th of December '25 with the order that I want my bike back. Since then, I have contacted him without getting any response to when the money will be paid back. Don't use his services as he is dishonest.
