I am posting this review after weeks of frustration, repeated delays, and an unacceptable lack of accountability. I have owned multiple Samsung foldable devices. My Galaxy Z Fold 4 previously developed a hinge-related screen failure and was repaired by MM All Electronics under warranty without issue. When my Galaxy Z Fold 6 developed the same internal screen failure along the fold — with no external damage present — I submitted it in good faith, expecting a similar outcome. During this period, I purchased a Galaxy Z Fold 7 solely to remain operational. I would not have made this purchase had I known my warranty would later be disputed. I was then informed that my warranty was void due to an alleged crack on the back of the device. I categorically dispute this. I inspected the phone before submission and would have immediately documented any external damage, fully aware that physical damage voids warranty. What followed was exhausting and deeply concerning. I did not accuse the company of wrongdoing. I simply requested unboxing footage for transparency. Instead, I was met with repeated excuses, delays, and silence. I was continuously told someone would “get back to me,” which never happened. The most alarming aspect of this experience is that the device was returned to me in a significantly worse condition than when it was submitted. This deterioration is clearly visible and remains completely unexplained. A device entrusted for inspection should never be returned in a worse state. The lack of urgency, the absence of accountability, and the failure to meaningfully assist a customer reflect extremely poor customer-service ethics. This has been a stressful and costly experience involving a high-value device. I have lost all confidence in MM All Electronics’ repair handling and customer-care processes. Based on my experience, I strongly warn others against using this company for repairs, particularly for premium devices where transparency and care are essential. This matter remains unresolved at the time of posting. Below are images of before and after and you will clearly see how the device has been handled
