Bulcof Security And Cleaning Services a scourge in the security industry

My name is Mkhululi Mbebe. I worked for BULCOF SECURITY SERVICES from 2022 to 2023. I've been trying to claim for my provident fund from them for the past two weeks in vain now. After several calls I made to their head office in Umthatha, where their consultant who is a lady kept playing games with me, claiming that my profile does not appear on their system, I finally got hope as yesterday the 27th of January 2026 as she claimed to have managed to see my profile. She promised to send the required claim form (Employee Member Benefit Claim Form) via email, which also never happened. I called the office again this morning the 28th of January 2026 and the same lady picked up the call and proceeded to chat to her colleague,ignoring me despite my trying to interrupt her to bring her attention towards the call. I dropped the call and called again several times without any success. I later called an alternative number 0837345372 to try and report the matter and the guy who uses the number threw insults at me without hearing me out, telling me he's not my manager and that he is not going to entertain my call and dropped the call.
