Disgusting

My membership was cancelled with them more than last year ago. I just got a message saying i owe money which isnt the case as i still paid the cancellation fee. There has been no communications whatsoever made on this and according to the national credit act this is malpractice. I will not pay this account as I cancelled in the due time i needed to and i still paid a fee. You cannot come tell someone a year later- no contact made prior no emails nothing about any funds outstanding. This is absolutely unacceptable that this is happening. My contract was cancelled and i have not proceeded with a membership after that. Can you please find out and check who is the person who did not do their part as ill take it further with my attorney as per your call centre i cancelled my contract as per VIRGIN April 2025. That was my notice of our agreement ending- so this means i do not owe R2160.00. according to the contract i did my due. They have the record of me cancelling so how do they knowingly carry on without my concent!!!!!!!! This is frustrating. This isnt my first rodeo and this is a place known for being ***********!!!!

Pathetic excuse for a company overall!!!!

I went through an armed ******* 2 weeks ago FYI i pressed my panic- my phone was taken- GUESS WHERE THE SMS WENT. If there was a 0 star I would give that. Not the company you want to trust your or your loved ones safety with. A year of issues back and forth, logbooks missing,brand new units faulty. After an incident a panic was used and instead of responding an sms was sent????? An email to the CEO about all this issues and nothing so why bother sending another one where my throat was nearly cut off and they ddnt even check my location or radical driving trying to get away from the ******s! Just nothing! Just another company with empty promises in the business to make money!!

Horrible

Several properties moved, items damaged and after constant follow ups a response 4 weeks later they will not be liable- note the terms and conditions were followed as clients but unfortunately they do not know their own tcs and cs. Evidence provided proof and cctv available of wrongdoing and still - we dont care attitude. And a full box of items were not packed and left at the other property. Out of all the moves weve use them for we had to claim 1000s in damages already. Not one photo or mirror was wrapped Items missing Boxes left open Persian carpets folded and thrown in like trash not wrapped as asked. Furniture and appliances not wrapped Will be sure to inform all about this documented horrible experience.
