Engineering Tenets Conference ****mers!

Engineering Tenets advertised a microbiology conference in Sandton. I enrolled and paid for the online version. One day before the actual conference I was contacted by a person asking why Im not in the conference. They moved the date without informing me. Then, during the conference the next day I learnt they had changed the topic of the conference and the speaker! During the conference I announced my dissatisfaction, and the organiser said I should contact them to arrange a refund. After many attempts from our side they refuse to refund, and do not even respond to our communication. ****MERS!
