Beware of ****mers

If there was a zero rating I would give it. Disa movers appear to be ****mers. The lady Christel was so nice and attentive before the arranged date but closer to the moving date things started to fall apart very quickly. Lack of communication, constant date changes eventually resulting in me having to use another provider. After postponing my moving date several times and giving to incur additional accommodation costs. I requested a refund and to date have not received one. I get no responses when I request feedback. They don't have a physical office which wouldn't be bad but there is no land-line number either. The documentation appeared to be OK and because the communication was good up until the deposit was paid, I didn't think anything could be wrong. Please be careful when booking moving services to ensure you are using a legitimate company. Rather than share loads use dedicated vehicles if possible.
