Inconsistent quality at a high price
After perhaps dozens of sub-standard Fitch & Leedes Pink Tonics I have decided to contact you. I am a passionate G & T drinker and ONLY like F&L pink tonic. I have 2 gins EVERY night, so, as you can imagine, I have had one or two of your pink tonics over the years. The quality has become very inconsistent. This week, 5 out of 6 in a 6-pack had absolutely ZERO pink colour to them at all as well as no rose/cucumber taste. I'm not one to complain, but this is ridiculous. The product is not cheap and it literally ruins my sundowners when I am compelled to drink yet ANOTHER clear, tasteless "pink" tonic. Please do something about it, or I am going to switch to Schwepps.

These people do not respond to emails. They just keep sending me mails threatening me with judgements, including, and I quote "• A credit bureau listing for 5 years (as opposed to the single year for a normal listing) • The right to have a warrant of execution issued against your property, which will be removed and sold on auction • The right to call you to court for a financial enquiry • Anyone who fails to attend a financial enquiry, will have a warrant for arrest authorized against them • The right to request and received an emoluments attachment order (garnishee order) on your salary • A debt being enforceable for 30 years from the date of judgment This is for an account my late father had with a surgeon who was responsible for his death. My mother paid the account until she was no longer in a position to do so. She sent an email explaining her situation, which they have not acknowledged and only reply with the above. Very frtustrating.
