Extremely disapointed

We have been buying from MR for a few years now, never a problem, excellent service, always stock, we ourselves are a large company that constantly buys from you. From October last year we saw that the popular items were out of stock. Today, almost everything is out of stock. What the hell is going on at MR. Whoever owns or manages the place needs to step aside so that competent people can take over and our industries can start working again. You are sitting on a gold mine, and we only get more ****ed off when we go on your site and see everything is out of stock. *********** management that's the only reason, don't feed me BS. Always starts at the top. Your staff is amazing, and the poor people have to make excuses for MR all the time. I am in the electronics industry myself, and know how imports work and the time it takes. There is enough to source, we went so far as to start ordering directly from an overseas supplier. A ****house full of parts, and arrive in a week or two, but it's a shlep. Wake up, or sell the place to someone else so we can get on with business. I as a customer can see something is not right there. Feel sorry for the staff more than anything, they don't deserve to suffer under such poor management. Wish I could award no stars.
