Never have I had such poor post op care infact it was nonexistent existant. My bell did not work so I had to ask people around me to please call for a nurse to assist this happened 3 times and they had to called twice on each occasion. Then I was not told to collect medication at the pharmacy and I am still waiting for the refund of that cost. Then we go onto the refunds department. It has taken them 2 weeks to get to my request and then I get told it would be done by Wedsnesday the latest. We'll I've been getting sms and emails saying its been done, but no money in my bank account. Today the supervisor blatantly **** to me snd said it would be paid today. I then asked for the manager she tells me its only judt been approved. So let's see if I get my refund today as I insisted.
