Pathetic service from Universal Healthcare/Massmart medical scheme
Following my complaint on Hello Peter last week, I was told by Universal that the query will be investigated and Il receive a feedback call on Monday 9th January. As expected, no call received from them. If an escalated query doesn't receive the attention it requires, then there is no hope for the competency of this administrator and medical scheme1 reply

Pathetic service by Universal/Massmart medical scheme
Awaiting a refund from Universal/Massmart medical aid since December 2025. Despite countless emails and calls, no resolution to date. The complaints department was copied into my email, but no escalation. This is for my mom who has been a member of the medical scheme since 1997! Pathetic service2 replies
