Electricity outage for 3 days!

They deserve 0 stars.They don’t care about the residents of the city,they deliberately switch off the lights and when you call the call centre,if you’re lucky they will answer only to tell you that the night shift staff will fix the problem. Weeee 3 days without electricity and we’ve been phoning without any response. Our fridges are leaking and the food is spoiled but as always,they don’t care.
