Paid for honey and not received my purchase.

I have placed an order and paid online for a 5 kg raw honey from Fleures Honey in Potchefatroom. There are 3 cell phone numbers to which my calls are been forwarded everytime I phone. I have sent watsapp messages which do not get delivered to the cell phones. I have sent an e mail but have not had a reply. I am concerned, that this company is taking peoples money abd not delivering a service. Paid the asking price of R415,00 and have not received my honey. Peole, please be careful with people loke this.
