Stay away from these guys - Taqueen(?) and Mark. They are ****mers and *****sters. They collected our machine (at a cost obviously) and then the fun started. At the outset they said that the armature was faulty and had to be replaced (R3k). Subsequently they called to say the all of a sudden the coil was faulty, the power chord was nicked, etc. - another R800. And wait for it - you must do immediate payments before they do anything. We did the immediate payments - o my personal disgust I actually fell for this ****. They then undertook to deliver the unit on Friday afternoon. Not so. This morning Taqueen called to say that they fixed the unit, but when they powered it on they blew the power switch - another R550. I queried how they could power on the unit when they knew that the power chord was faulty. That was too much for Taqueen who promptly ended the call. Apparently I was 'uncivilised'. The latest now is courier costs of R350 to deliver the still faulty unit to us, and if not, they charge a storage fee of R350 per day. I have read the other reviews of this company and agree 100% with JC D, Greg and Helen 'When we investigated, we realised this has happened to many people, and some never even got their machines back. We contacted as many victims as we could find, and the stories were all the same: missing parts, demands...' 'STAY AWAY' I intend to lay a charge of ***** with SAPS and contact the Consumer Council
