Affordable dream beds

I bought a bed on Facebook from affordable dream beds about 3 weeks ago and the bed is a second hand bed I cannot sleep on it I have send numerous messages to them and yesterday I send a message to Affordable dream bed I send them all the WhatsApp messages and they said that they will refund me or replace my bed but now I get no response from them
