Tri ridge freight and logistics holding my good with no tracking updates since 9th Feb 2026

I have nothing but pain with this company I have been waiting my temu order and since thgr 9th of February 2026 no updates. They sent me an email stating that I must provide proof of the good I bought when doing that no response I called GFS EXPRESS as they sent a payment to be made for customs on the 4th of Feb I paid it the 5th of Feb and ever since there I heard nothing I called GFS EXPRESS and they say I should just keep on emailing TRI RIDGE. There are number I found online linking to the company and when I call the numbers they say they don't work for the company I am lost now
