Why do you have rude people working for you guys, Thokozile was very impatient, how do you raise your voice at a customer & tell them ' the problem is that you donot listen' she ruined my day & to think I am still coming to the Emerald resort later in the month makes me very nervous: All i wanted was to ask details regarding the Sundowner Game drives:(
