Horrible service at KFC Killarney Shell

Had the worst experience at KFC Killarney Shell. We went to the drive thru and upon deliberating on what to order, a lady named Funeka yelled on the speaker that we need to remove ourselves from the drive thru and go and deliberate elsewhere. We politely explained to her that we just required a minute to make a decision she further yelled that she cannot afford us a minute as it is a waste of her time. From the rude encounter, we decided to order a streetwise three which we were given immediately. I am assuming they took an order that someone had not collected and just passed it to us. When opening the order at home, we realised that they gave us a streetwise two instead of the streetwise three that we had ordered and were charged for. They did not bother checking the order, the chips were stale and this on its own indicated that they did indeed grab an order that had been sitting for long.The staff at Killarney shell are rude, they are malicious and they do not care or value customers. The lady named Funeka is vile and extremely condescending. Never buying from KFC Killarney Shell again!!!!
