Orlando KFC customer service is poor

Very bad service!!!? Waited for more than 15 minutes to make a purchase, even left because I was still unattended. The staff had bad attitude towards me. They were not doing anything all of them just chilling by the food making station area. They were so rude especially Mbali the worker who was supposed to serve me. Even tried to buy through the drive try still the service was bad.
