I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience. I purchased a double‑deal phone package online, and while the delivery was efficient, billing problems started from the second month. My charges have been nearly double what I should be paying. Each time I contact Vodacom, they’re unable to assist. I’ve sent multiple emails, but only received one reply stating that I cannot change my phone plans. Since then, there’s been no further communication, just an excessively high bill that I never agreed to.
Experience was excellent I don’t experience any difficulties from filing the claim till approval stage
