I ordered a product on 17 February 2026 already. Since 20 February 2026 I have been unable to make contact with them whatsoever. My messages are not being returned. Also, the tracking status remain unchanged as being in process. My parcel has not been delivered - despite the ETA having expired already. Also, they are now deducting money from my account for *****ulent transactions that I did not make. Be very careful, this seems like a ****!
