Be careful! This debt counselor/debt collector together with Capital Debt SA guides to into an unwanted Debt review. They tell you that the banks have incorrectly calculated the interest, that you are charged to much interest and that your outstanding balances on your home loan and/or personal loan is to high. They promise you that they will reduce your monthly installments. You sign a debicheck sent via your cell phone. The next thing is: your bank lets you know that all your debit orders are being stopped. Only then you realise that you are under DEBT REVIEW. You receive a form 17.1 which tells you all your creditors that YOU app**** for DEBT REVIEW. After that you battle to get hold of them. Their correspondence only have email addresses which go unanswered and there are telephone contact details.
This debt counselors or collectors work with Capital Debt SA, Once you are ******* into debt review, they are not answering phone call and ignore emails sent to them. They point blank refuse to send me a form 17.2- Reject letter to stop an unwanted debt review
They are in cahoots with Capital Debt SA! They take out life policy in your name to cover your debt should something happen to you. They don't answer their phones. All correspondences are through emails. They don't answer or respond to emails! I have reported them to the police, NCR and to the Counsel for Debt Collectors and here is the Ref. No. TASK-102700
They lure you into debt review without you even knowing it. Telling you that your Home loan interest was incorrectly calculated and your outstanding balance is wrong and to high. They promise to help you reduce the outstanding balance and reduce your monthly installment. Once you have fallen for the so called help and you realize their ****, you battle to get hold of them. Their published telephones are never answered.
