I am writing this review to express my total disappointment with my experience at BBB Exclusive Boutique. What should have been an exciting and special part of my wedding journey turned into an incredibly stressful, costly, and upsetting ordeal due to a complete lack of professionalism, quality control, and attention to detail. To begin with, the original set of brides****s’ dresses was made in the wrong colour (three dresses). Despite this significant error, we had already paid the full amount upfront. When this was raised, a second set of dresses was produced — however, these were completely unwearable and utterly unacceptable in quality. As a result of these repeated failures, we were left with only ONE day to make an alternative plan for the brides****s’ dresses, at additional cost to ourselves, right before the wedding. The stress this caused during what should have been a joyful time is hard to overstate. Unfortunately, the disappointment did not end there. The attention to detail on the actual wedding dress was also not up to standard. The tie at the back of the dress — which I was explicitly promised would be replaced — was never replaced, and to make matters worse, it was a completely different colour to the dress. I was forced to go out and buy ribbon at the last minute, just days before the wedding. Additionally, the zip at the back of the dress was yellow on a white gown, which is entirely unacceptable for a wedding dress, and the boning around the bust area was messy and poorly finished, further highlighting the lack of care and craftsmanship. To make matters worse, I have attempted to reach out directly to Lena a couple of times to address these issues and resolve the matter professionally, but my messages have been ignored. The lack of accountability and communication has been deeply disappointing. As a result, I will be pursuing further legal action in order to recover the money paid. Overall, this experience was extremely upsetting and stressful. The level of quality, execution, communication, and customer service fell far below what is acceptable — especially for wedding attire, where precision, professionalism, and reliability are absolutely critical. I would not recommend BBB Exclusive Boutique to any bride who values quality, integrity, and peace of mind.
