This is truly the most unsatisfying service and response business I have ever received I ordered from Temu on February the 17th and customs randomly took my parcel for closer inspection. i have tried to contact them, i sent emails and tried to phone them and all they can say is it is out of their hands. i asked multiple times politely for a response and a reason as to why my parcel is being held and yet no answers are given. there is no different way of contacting them. i did not order anything *******. this is truly not a great customer experience.
