Dishonest & Disgusting Behaviour
Poor,Disgusting and Dishonest behaviour by Management Please stay far from Integra Motors I left my BMW with them last year February to sell and informed the salesman on receipt of the car that the sunroof jams and should not be opened Due to their incompetence and negligence they allowed a client to open the sunroof and jammed it. Integra then did not take it to a qualified workshop to fix and reset the sunroof they forced the sunroof closed damaging the new rails and clips that were installed and leaving the hood lining open and filthy with finger marks. When I collected the BMW in August 2025 and saw the damage caused and filthy roof lining and engaged with the manager he was arrogant and said I should sue if I am not happy. After I got upset the manager then agreed to get the roof lining cleaned and to set and sort out the sunroof. Integra only set the roof lining and never fixed the sunroof in replacing the rail and clips. The senior manager had a nerve and odessity to approach me and ask me will I fix the sunroof. They even tried to trade in my car and selling me a ****** and recovered vehicle without informing of the vehicle being a ****** and recovered. To date they are not responding to emails and are shunning the fact of liability. Don't leave cars for them to sell and don't buy from Integra Roodepoort as they dishonest.

Dishonest & disgusting Service and attitude
Disgusting and dishonest management. Left BMW 5 series to sell in February last year a customer caused damage to the sunroof after I advised the salesman and it was noted on the check in form that the sunroof must not be opened and when I left the car at the dealership for them to sell and now not responding to emails and not acknowledging the damage caused. The damage caused to the sunroof rails and clips which need to be imported are now costing +-R14k to repair including labour due to the incompetence and negligence by the sales personnel. After the sunroof jammed they tried to close the sunroof and left the hood lining covers off and the hood lining was filthy. When I went collect the car in August last year Jaco was arrogant and when asked to repair the sunroof I was told to go ahead and sue for damages. Vernon had the nerve of asking when will I repair the sunroof before they sell the vehicle. I advise never to deal with such dishonest and arrogant individuals stay very far from Integra Motors Roodepoort and never buy any cars from they as they tried selling me a vehicle that was ****** and recovered and did not inform me about the vehicle being code 2.
