After attempting to do a Sim saw on my own, I was directed by mtn system to go to the nearest branch. When I got there I was greeted with an attitude by the supervisor. She told me that she was unable to assist with my request. After begging she told me that I had to answer security question instead of the normal ID, affidavit, and proof of address. After failing she told me that I had to call 135 number which doesn't work. Why must I go through such a hassle just to get my number back and why was I requested to bring my ID book when she did not even check the documents. 0786226926
